The Select Noble Users Group (SNUG) is a forum for Noble Systems and its clients to exchange ideas, feedback, and to work together to continually improve the service, delivery and performance of their Noble technology solutions. SNUG brings a variety of benefits to its members, including programs and events focused on building the relationship between Noble Systems and its clients. Membership in SNUG is included in Noble Systems’ annual support and maintenance plans, and includes Noble’s clients worldwide.

Anyone who uses Noble platforms for managing programs and center activities – Presidents & CEOs, Operations Managers, Team Supervisors, IT Specialists, Sales Managers, Trainers and more. SNUG represents more than 20 different industries, including Cable, Collections, Financial Services, Fundraising, Healthcare, Market Research, Newspapers & Publishing, Service Bureaus & Telemarketing, Resorts and more.

Registration is easy. Simply complete our online Conference Registration Form. You can also use the portal to update and manage your registrations. The deadline for conference registrations is 9th June 2017.

Your registration fee gives you access to all User Conference sessions, including the Keynote Address, Featured Speakers, Educational Tracks, and Guru Lounge, as well as our Optional Workshops. The fee also includes the Welcome Reception and Dinner on Wednesday evening, Breakfasts and Lunches during conference hours, and our Evening Entertainment Event on Thursday night. In addition, each paid client attendee at the conference will receive a 6-month membership to our Noble UNIVERSITY Online web-based training portal (a £495 value).

Paid user attendees will receive a 6-month membership to our Noble UNIVERSITY Online web-based training portal (a £495 value). The subscription includes unlimited access to Noble product training courses, as well as exclusive access to SNUG 2017 Americas content. You can take as many courses as you want during the subscription period. Clients who receive free passes and guest attendees will receive a 30-day membership with access to the conference materials. If you have an existing account, it will be extended to match the 6-month or 30-day term, respectively. Memberships are not transferrable and can only be used by the person attending the conference. Instructions on how to access your subscription will be sent the week following the conference.

You will select your payment method when you register for the conference. Registration Fees may be paid by credit card at the time of registration; please be sure to select the “Pay by Credit Card” option before you get to the check-out screen. Fees may also be paid by PO. PO payments are due within 30 days of registration; late payments will be subject to Noble’s standard fees and terms. All payments must be received no later than 16th June 2017.

The credit card processing system may experience issues if the billing address cannot be confirmed. Please confirm that you are entering the correct billing address in the correct format.

1. If you would like to pay by credit card, please say “yes” to the pay by credit card question at the beginning. But in the final step, choose "PO" for the payment method. This will allow the system to process the registration with the correct total. When you are finished, please send an email to snugemea2017@noblesystems.com letting us know that you would like to pay by credit card. We can then have our accounting team contact you directly to authorise the payment.

2. You can choose to pay by PO instead. Select “no” to the pay by credit card question at the beginning, and our accounting group will invoice you for the payment. You may then choose to pay the invoice by credit card, although we will need to add the CC Convenience Fee back on to your total at that time.

Cancellations or registration changes should be made using the online registration portal, or they can sent to snug2017@noblesystems.com. Cancellations sent through other sources may not be accepted. Please do not send cancellations to the Noble accounting team.

The Cancellation Policy is:

  • 100% refund, less a $50 processing fee, for cancellations received on or before January 31, 2017;
  • 50% refund, less a $50 processing fee, for refunds received on or between February 1-March 24;
  • NO REFUND for cancellations received after March 24 or for conference no-shows. Substitutions will be accepted in the event that a registrant is unable to attend.
