YOUR NEW SKILLS WILL INCLUDE:

WHO SHOULD ATTEND:
Any individual wishing to use CTI-BAG for inbound call processing.

PREREQUISITES:
Operations certification and preferably knowledge of the applicable client PBX system.

DURATION:
1.5 to two days.

TRAINING PERFORMED BY:
Service Implementation Specialist or Implementation Engineer.

LOCATION:
Noble Systems Office, Atlanta, Georgia or at the client site.

TUITION:
$1800.00 Per Day Plus Travel and Expense.

CTI Blended Agent Gateway

Teaches how to set up and manage the CTI-BAG, bypassing the Noble Systems inbound ACD. Inbound calls queue on the PBX/ACD and Noble Systems' BAG makes agents available to receive these calls.
