Analyzing real-time productivity and/or Custom reports to adjust call center operations to increase productivity.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND:
Any individual responsible for managing a call center or call floor.
PREREQUISITES:
Preferably DCB, Composer and/or OCX certification.
DURATION:
Four days; three days for exiting clients with new employees; two days
for existing clients with employees who only need review or training in
new features.
TRAINING PERFORMED BY:
Service Implementation Specialist.
LOCATION:
Client Site or multiple Webex sessions (for existing clients with employees who only need review or training in new features).
TUITION:
$1800.00 Per Day Plus Travel and Expense.
