Current Openings

Technical Writer
Be an integral part of our newly created Technical Training Team!!

Responsibilities include:

  • Produce, edit and organize high quality training documents, using desktop publishing or similar software
  • Provide multi-channel training content for use within the organization
  • Collect, store, and disseminate knowledge across all levels of the organization
  • Maintain internal departmental web site that adheres to company standards
  • Edit, clarify, and proofread documents written by others, and coach engineers on ways to improve their writing skills
  • Learn and clarify technical functions through discussions with technical developers
  • Review all draft deliverables with users and technical staff for accuracy and clarity

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Communications or 3 years experience as a technical writer preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills for gathering functional and technical knowledge to create deliverables, interacting with all levels of the organization
  • Possess excellent intuition as to how to design and implement documented help to non-technical users
  • Basic working knowledge of HTML and ability to convert documentation to HTML
  • In-depth HTML coding experience a plus
  • Proficiency in industry standard documentation and graphics tools e.g. MS Office, Adobe products, etc.
  • Demonstrated experience in documenting web-based applications through presented previous work samples


Entry Level Software Engineers
Recent college graduates with a passion for technology

We have immediate openings for Entry-level Software Developers! These are great opportunities to learn with senior developers building new software, network and telephony applications. Technologies include but are not limited to: ASP.NET, C#, Java, RDBMS, Asterisk, CTI. Development opportunities exist in both Windows and Linux environments.

Responsibilities include:

  • Work with peers, product management and customers to design and implement new features.
  • Interpret functionality of existing code, and refactor with new technologies.
  • Work with peers and customers to troubleshoot and resolve software issues.
  • Write release notes and provide input for product documentation and training material.
  • Peer review developer code for best practices.

Candidates must have a Bachelor degree in Computer Science, or related degree or the equivalent software experience. Successful candidates will have experience with, but not limited to: C#, ASP.net and .net framework. Experience with Visual Basic 6, Asterisk, Linux, and Databases (preferably Informix or Postgre SQL) are a plus.



Quality Assurance Engineers
For those who love to point out other's imperfections!

Responsibilities include:

  • Work with peers to design test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures
  • Work with peers to Develop or specify standards, methods, or procedures to determine product quality or release readiness
  • Install, maintain, or use software testing programs
  • Review software documentation to ensure technical accuracy, compliance, or completeness, or to mitigate risks
  • Work with Training and Implementation Engineers on documenting and deploying new features
  • Write release notes

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related degree, or the equivalent experience in Software Testing.
  • Previous experience designing, implementing, and executing test plans
  • Working knowledge of one or more automated UI testing packages and/or services (i.e., Quality Center, Quick Test Pro, Mantis)
  • Knowledge of Unix, Linux, Windows, Windows Server, IIS, Apache, SQL
  • Ability to follow through on multiple tasks while working under tight deadlines and pressure
  • Ability to pay careful attention to details coupled with well-developed conceptual skills
  • Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication, including the clear and logical expression of ideas. We will judge this based on your cover letter and resume.


Software Engineer – C#, ASP.NET, .NET Framework

Seeking Software Developers familiar with C#, ASP.NET, .NET Framework, SQL Server development in a Linux environment.

Successful candidates will have a multi-year degree in Computer Science or related field, or an equivalent level of experience in a similar field, as well as experience with, but not limited to: Minimum of 1-2 years experience in help desk or customer-facing environment; strong technical aptitude; and excellent customer service and communications skills. Call center experience is a plus.

In addition, the following technical skills are required:

  • Linux/Unix Operating System
  • SQL/Informix and database best practices
  • Telephony troubleshooting


Technical Support Analyst – Tier 3

Responsibilities include:

  • Complex technical problem resolution via phone
  • Comprehensive issue documentation
  • Escalation as necessary

Successful candidates will have a multi-year degree in Computer Science, Communications, or a related technical field, or an equivalent level of experience in a similar field, as well as experience with, but not limited to: Previous experience in a help desk environment; Ability to react quickly and effectively in a high pressure, time-sensitive environment; and Excellent customer service and communications skills. Call Center experience is a plus.

In addition, the following technical skills are required:

  • Linux/Unix Operating System – CLI and Certification (RH124 Red Hat System Administration I, RH253 Red Hat Linux Networking and Security Administration)
  • Database Experience – Postgre SQL, Structured Query Language
  • T1/VoIP configuration and troubleshooting experience

Senior Vice President – Software Development

Noble Systems Corporation is seeking a Senior Vice President of Software Development. This position reports directly to the CEO with responsibility of leading software development strategy and initiatives of Noble Systems products, running on multiple platforms.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage Software Development and QA teams
  • Architecture and design of features and products, including the overall integration of existing products and solutions
  • Establish and manage the software development life cycle of Noble System products
  • Identify and prioritize development initiatives and setting timetables for evaluation, development, testing, and deployment

Requirements include:

  • Technical expert at executing and delivering complex software products through complete life cycle
  • Senior level leadership experience building high performing teams of developers and testing staff, using multiple platforms
  • Use of formal software development, process / project management methodologies
  • Software architecture
  • Experience with off-shore development staff a plus
  • Strong telecommunications understanding and proven experience effectively working within a software and preferably Call Center corporate culture
  • Vision and business agility to respond to changing market conditions and emerging opportunities

In addition, the following technical skills are required:

  • Extensive knowledge of Linux/Unix OS, Windows OS
