Sales Account Manager - US

Noble Systems Corporation, a leader in Customer Relationship Management Systems, seeking Major Account Managers to be based in Atlanta, California, Dallas Texas and Chicago Illinois.

The primary responsibility of the Sales Account Manager is to expand market share of the NSC products and services and manage customer satisfaction for life cycle of an account. This will be accomplished through cultivating and maintaining executive relationships with our customers.

Utilizing a consultative selling process, the Sales Account Manager will achieve assigned quotas, pursue and follow-up on leads, conduct corporate and product presentations, and coordinate the corporate resources to deliver solutions in a profitable manner. They will also develop and negotiate contracts and proposals with prospective customers.

Necessary skills include effective prospecting, selling fundamentals, account management, cultivating and maintaining executive relationships with customers, negotiating, translating computer telephony technology into business solutions, effective written and oral communications, and a team leader of a virtual team.

Only candidates with proven sales experience in the computer industry should apply. Telephony experience a plus.

Software Engineer - US

To design, develop and implement telephony software products and tools using C, C++, Informix and Embedded SQL-C on Linux, as well as application dvlpt tools including Java, Microsoft Visual Basic and .NET framework; Develop CTI solutions and IVR solutions using Avaya PBX/ACDs. Require: M.S. degree in Computer Science or a closely related field w/ 2 yrs of exp in the job offered (exp before or after earning the degree will be accepted); A B.S. degree with 5 yrs progressively responsible exp will be accepted in lieu of the M.S. degree and 2 yrs of exp.

Preferred Experience:
  • An understanding of Informix 4GL and VB programming (and integrating those languages with C/C++)
  • International telephony programming
  • Perl/CGI programming

Technical Trainer - US

Noble Systems, a leader in Call Center software solutions is looking for a Software Trainer who will work closely with Support and Implementation teams to accomplish business results through the effective use of technology by planning, conducting and evaluating computer training.

This includes managing and developing the roll out of various forms of technical training on mission-critical business applications. It also includes ensuring the effective company-wide use of Microsoft and other software tools, computer application learning and developing all required training curriculums.

The successful applicant will also be responsible for the design, development and delivery of all technical training programs leading to effective utilization of these applications and tools in combination with our business processes and strategies.

Technical Account Manager - US

Noble Systems,  a leader in Call Center software solutions is looking for Technical Account Mangers.  Successful candidates will be responsible for managing overall client relationships to ensure that the client is receiving the appropriate response to tickets opened, pro actively addressing potential issues, etc.

Responsibilities include conducting regular calls with the client to review issues to understand future needs, plans etc. as well a prepare ticket reports as necessary. 

Must Have Qualifications for this position:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Studies or equivalent experience.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word and Access.  Ability to setup spreadsheet, formatting, calculations, queries, etc. required.
  • Must be available nights and weekends as necessary.

Preferred Qualifications for this position:

  • Ability to work with little or no supervision
  • Ability to multi task
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Must be able to diffuse escalated situations
  • Knowledge of telephony terminology and call center technology

Must have experience for this position:

5 years Project or Account Manger experience in computer telephony/telecommunications industry.  Call Center technology preferred.
